Welding Engineering Services
MArcS One Engineering provides welding engineering services for CWB Division 2 welding companies for their certified CSA W47.1 (Carbon Steel) and CSA W47.2 (Aluminum) welding programs. These services include:
- Customized Welding Procedure Specifications and Welding Procedure Data Sheet for SMAW, FCAW, MCAW, GMAW Spray Transfer, GMAW Pulse, Tig,.
- Consulting and providing recommendations to improve welding operations;
- Consulting and providing recommendations for certifying to W59 & W47.1 for robotic installations;
- Developing customized welding procedures for sheet metal welding;
- Developing customized welding procedures for metal alloys such as stainless steel, Hastelloy C276 and Duracorr.
Weld Testing
MArcS One Engineering Inc has assisted its clients with preparing for welder and procedure testing. The services provided have included;
- Documenting and validating process parameter settings;
- Welding technique recommendations;
- Macro etching and evaluation of bend test results.
CWB Welding Engineer Certifications
MArcS One Engineering Inc. Engineers are certified Welding Engineers for:
- CSA W47.1 "Certification of Companies for Fusion Welding of Steel";
- CSA W47.2 "Certification of Companies for Fusion Welding of Aluminum."
